Hire Us
The Parish Hall is available to hire for a wide range of events. These include christenings, wedding receptions, children’s parties, anniversaries, meetings, music events, dinners, tea parties, and theatre productions.
Rooms can be booked to suit your needs. Whether you need a small space or the whole hall, we are happy to help. If you have an idea or a plan, please get in touch.
We will do our best to make it work.
Our Charges
In April 2026 the trustees undertook a rent review to ensure our pricing remains fair, sustainable, and aligned with the hall’s purpose as a community facility. The cost of running the hall - particularly utilities - continues to rise, and trustees also reflected on the hall’s unique position, serving both community groups and external hirers.
What’s Changing?
After careful discussion, the trustees agreed the following a modest 10% increase in hourly hire rates. The new rates will come in to effect on 1st May 2026. Charges below are based on the different rooms you hire. Please speak to our booking secretary for more information or help.
Daytime Before 6pm

Kitchen Hire

No charge for use of our tea & coffee facilities only (tea & coffee not included)

£16.50 for kitchen room hire without use of any Parish Hall equipment

£30 for room hire with added use of all our catering quality equipment
Extras (must be confirmed at booking)

A fully staff staffed licensed bar hire is available and prices start from £40 hire (standard booking 7.30 - 11.30pm - discuss your needs with our booking secretary)

Electric hire for outside attractions (e.g bouncy castle etc) £17.50 (per attraction)

If you don't want to clean up after your event - you can book our cleaning service for £40 charge per room booked by user
